2. Data we collect
We collect different data depending on the product you use:
Nerdo Web (website, AI chat and forms)
- Contact form: name, email, phone and message.
- Job applications (Work with us): name, email and optional CV.
- AI chatbot: message content, IP address and a session token stored in a cookie.
Resto (digital menu for restaurants)
- Business owners: name, email, phone, tax ID (CUIT) and fiscal data for AFIP invoicing.
- Restaurant customers: optional phone number for orders and payment data processed by MercadoPago (we do not store card data).
- Staff users: name, email and role.
Citame (scheduling via WhatsApp)
- Business owners and customers via WhatsApp: phone number, message content and appointment data.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to operate and improve the service, manage billing, provide support and send transactional communications (confirmations and service notices).
We do not use your data for marketing unless you give us explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Technical infrastructure
Your information is stored on professional cloud infrastructure with at-rest and in-transit encryption, authentication managed by an enterprise provider, and multi-tenant access controls that isolate each customer's information.
Specific technical configuration details are available under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for enterprise customers or regulators that require them.
6. Who we share data with
We share data with providers that help us operate the service, solely for the purposes described:
- Anthropic Inc. — processes chatbot messages via its API.
- Meta Platforms Inc. — Citame sends messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- MercadoPago — payment processing for Resto.
- Resend — sending transactional emails.
- Google — reCAPTCHA anti-spam.
- AFIP (Argentina) — electronic invoicing for Resto.
Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations:
- Resto orders: 365 days after delivery.
- Website chat sessions: approximately 30 days.
- Citame appointments: as required by applicable regulations (to be confirmed).
8. Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and equivalent regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and request the deletion of your data.

9. International data transfers
Because our cloud infrastructure is located in the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country. We apply standard contractual clauses and the applicable data protection frameworks.
10. Minors
Our service is for professional (B2B) use and is not directed at people under 18. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of relevant changes by email and through a notice on the site, always indicating the last updated date.
12. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
