About this translation
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish (Argentina) version is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Covered services
These terms apply to the following products:
Nerdo Web — corporate website, contact forms and chatbot.

2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
- Prohibited: spam, abuse, unauthorized scraping and reverse engineering.
- You must keep your data accurate and must not share your access credentials.
3. Subscription and billing
Resto offers FREE, BASIC, PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE plans. Billing is handled through MercadoPago, with automatic monthly or annual renewal. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Refund policy
Resto: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. After that period there are no refunds, but you can cancel at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as-is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Warranties and availability
We make our best effort to maintain 99.5% availability. FREE and BASIC plans do not include a contractual SLA; PROFESSIONAL and higher plans include a written SLA (annex).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms. If we terminate the service without cause, we refund the unused proportional amount. There is no refund if you are the one who cancels the service.
8. Intellectual property
Nerdo Solutions' code and brand are our property. You retain ownership of your data and of the content you upload to the platform.
9. Changes to the terms
We may modify these terms by notifying you 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction in the City of Buenos Aires.
11. Dispute resolution
Before initiating legal action, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mandatory mediation (CEMARC or another center). If no agreement is reached, the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires will have jurisdiction.
